By visiting this website, booking an inspection, or downloading a report, you accept these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services and Informational Content

The information on this site is provided for general guidance only. It does not replace a full, on-site inspection or constitute legal or engineering advice. All inspections are performed under a separate written agreement that governs scope and liability.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, photos, graphics, logos, and sample reports are the property of InspectaHome and are protected by U.S. copyright law. You may view or print pages for personal use only. Any other use—such as copying, republishing, or commercial distribution—requires written permission.

4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Inspection fees are due at or before the time of inspection unless other arrangements are made.

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a scheduling fee of $75.

  • If InspectaHome must cancel (e.g., severe weather), you may choose a full refund or the next available date.

5. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InspectaHome’s liability for any claim arising from use of this website or an inspection is limited to the fee you paid for that inspection. We do not assume responsibility for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

6. Third-Party Links and Tools

Links to external sites (e.g., Spectora client portal, payment processor) are provided for convenience. InspectaHome is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those sites.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair any InspectaHome server or network.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hawaiʻi County, Hawaiʻi.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective once posted on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
